Corey Makarczyk is the Founder and President of Keystone Consulting Partners LLC. With over a decade of experience working with the most reputable banks and financial service institutions across the country, Corey is the man behind the strategy, philosophy, and vision of the firm.

During his 15 years of recruiting C-Suite Executives within the Banking & Finance space, Corey has built a unique approach to finding and matching the right talent while assisting companies with their recruitment strategy.

After finishing his business degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University, Corey joined two highly regarded recruitment firms, climbing the ladder as his experience and reputation in the industry grew.

Throughout his journey from an internship to an Executive Recruiter, Corey became
known for his trustworthiness, dedication, integrity, and respect for the teams, professionals, and clients with whom he worked.

He also accumulated in-depth experience in full-cycle recruitment, becoming one of the most knowledgeable, trusted, and well-connected Executive Recruiters throughout Pennsylvania.

Once Corey had the experience, the network, and the reputation of a leader, he decided it was time to give his unique approach a name and established Keystone Consulting Partners.

He founded the firm on the same values that built his reputation, while staying true to his roots in the “Keystone State.”
